"Helpful site, though I’m not totally sold on the cost"
I’ve spent a decent amount of time on biggerpockets, mostly reading through discussions and poking around the tools when I’m trying to figure something out. The forums are actually useful, and there’s a lot of solid info if you’re willing to dig a bit. It feels like one of those sites where you can learn a lot just by browsing around and seeing what other people are doing.
That said, after using it off and on, I’m not sure I personally use the paid features enough to feel great about the subscription price. It’s not a bad service at all, and I do like parts of it, but for how often I need it, the cost feels a little high. I’d probably feel better about it if there were a cheaper plan or if a bit more was included without having to upgrade.
"Worth the money, and honestly I’d take a credit too"
I signed up for BiggerPockets not really knowing if I’d actually use it that much, but it ended up being worth it for me. The forums and tools saved me from spending hours randomly Googling stuff, and I got answers from people who clearly have real investing experience. For what I paid, I feel like I got solid value out of the membership. if they offered some kind of credit or bonus for members who stick around and recommend it, I wouldn’t complain.

"Well, at least support was quick"
I’ll give them this: support actually got back to me fast and fixed my login issue without making it a whole saga. Would’ve been nice if the login hadn’t acted up in the first place, but credit where it’s due
"Some experts seem solid, but who owns what?"
A few of the experts come across as genuinely knowledgeable, which is reassuring. But overall, the credibility feels mixed. My biggest frustration is that it’s not always clear who’s actually responsible for what, so when something seems off, you’re left wondering who’s supposed to own it or fix it

"I used BiggerPockets for a bit there..."
I used BiggerPockets for a bit there is some helpful stuff on there. I liked poking around the forums and checking out a few of the tools, and I can see how it would be useful if you’re trying to learn more about real estate.
The annoying part for me was the billing and cancellation side of things. I don’t think it was super obvious when I was going to be charged again, and canceling felt like it took more steps than it probably needed to. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely a little irritating.
Support did get back to me eventually, just not quite as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it’s a fine site and probably worth checking out, but I’d just make sure you know your renewal dates so you don’t get surprised

"The forums are literally so helpful"
I mostly use BiggerPockets for the forum discussions, it’s been really great. There are lots of real people sharing what worked, what didn’t, and answering beginner questions without making you feel dumb. I’ve literally learned more from random threads there than I have from most articles online...

"Networking ended up being the best part"
I joined mainly because I wanted to learn more, but the networking has been what I’ve gotten the most out of. I’ve met local investors, lenders, and a few people working on the same types of deals as me. It feels genuine and not overly salesy, which I appreciate. Did anyone else join for the education and then realize the connections were the real value?

"Helpful tools for checking deals"
I mainly use BiggerPockets for the rental calculators and quick tools, and they’ve been really useful for me. One deal I was looking at seemed great at first, but once I ran the numbers, it was easier to see where it didn’t really make sense. That’s usually how these things go with rental properties, the numbers can tell a different story than the listing does. The calculators aren’t perfect every single time, but they’re super helpful and save me from just guessing. Definitely worth using

"I found BiggerPockets easy to use. I..."
I found BiggerPockets easy to use. I was able to jump into the forums, check out tools, and read articles literally without getting lost or feeling confused.
"Honestly learned more than I expected"
I went through their guides and actually learned a lot about rentals. The lessons were easy to follow and helped me understand how the whole process works way better. it kind of makes you wonder why this stuff isn’t explained more clearly everywhere else… almost like they don’t want renters knowing too much. Either way, these guides were really helpful.

"Helpful, but a lot at first"
BiggerPockets has a ton of good info. Like, seriously a lot. Forums, articles, people sharing what worked for them. All useful. But as someone just starting out, I got overwhelmed fast. Not always clear where to begin. And some terms just get tossed around like you’re supposed to already know them. Still a solid resource, though. Just takes some time to get your bearings
